Distributor Qualifications & Terms: To achieve Distributor terms, distributor must place an opening order totaling a minimum of $2,500.00 net Hogue Grips. This program is only available to legitimate distributor accounts in good standing with satisfactory credit rating. To maintain Distributor status, orders totaling at least $2,500.00 per calendar year must be placed. On approved credit, 2% 30 days, Net 31 days.

Delivery: We keep all molded and most hardwood grips in stock. Rubber grips and stocks are usually shipped within one week and wood orders are filled and shipped within 30 to 45 days. Orders including many different models and types of hardwood grips may be shipped 80% complete unless specified otherwise. The balance would be shipped when complete. Special order woods are available according to the supply of wood and delivery of special woods may be several months. Delivery of checkered grips varies according to work load (checkered orders can take several months). Long gun stocks are normally in stock with the exception of OD green and camouflage. The most popular models are normally kept in stock but may be made to order, which is normally 45 days.

Shipping and Insurance: There is no minimum order. Freight is prepaid on orders of $1,000.00 or more. All prices are F.O.B. Paso Robles, California on orders less than $1,000.00. Hogue Grips encourages distributors to accommodate dealer accounts as necessary. We will ship as little as one grip to satisfy your dealer's requests.
Overseas shipments are always F.O.B. Paso Robles, California. Export customers please provide shipping instructions.

Advertising Allowance: A separate 5% advertising allowance program is available on request to qualified distributors. Hogue advertises all products in national firearms publications. CLICK HERE for a PDF of the advertising allowance.

Liability: Hogue, Inc. carries liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00. Certificate of Insurance is available to Hogue distributors upon request.

Universal Product Code (U.P.C.): Our manufacturer number is 743108. Combine this number with the Hogue Product Code number to obtain the complete U.P.C. code. A complete list of individual U.P.C. codes is available on request.

Line Art and Graphics: Line art and graphics are available on this web site or on a CD-ROM.

Bulk and Special Orders: Hogue products are available bulk, without packaging, and special pricing is available on large quantities of one type of product. Please keep this in mind for law enforcement bids or other special projects that may come up. Call (805-239-1440) for further information and price quotes.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Hogue Grips will do everything within reason to assure a happy customer. If you cannot resolve a customer's problem please call or refer your customer to us. If our office is not able to take care of your problem to your satisfaction, please ask to speak to Aaron or Patrick Hogue. Hogue Grips values your business very much and welcomes any input on how to serve you and your customers better. We will try to help you sell our product in any way we can.

Hogue Grips as a general policy will (among other things):

Promptly replace any defective Hogue products or a Hogue product that may be damaged within 30 days of your customer's purchase.
Replace any missing hardware free of charge, even if your customer lost it.
Provide technical advice and help as needed.
Exchange slow moving stock if necessary.
Supply new packaging materials to you if they were damaged in shipping.
