will do everything within reason to assure a happy customer.
If you ever have a problem please do not hesitate to contact us.
If our staff is not able to take care of you to your satisfaction
please ask to speak to Aaron or Patrick Hogue. Hogue Grips values
your business very much and welcomes any input on how to serve you
better. Write us; it's rewarding to read the good, and helpful to
read the bad (not that we ever get any bad!).
Hogue Grips as a general policy will (among other things):
Refund your money. If you are not satisfied with a Hogue product
purchased from us, for any reason, return it to us within 30 days.
Promptly replace any defective Hogue product or one mistakenly ordered
wrong.
Promptly replace any Hogue product that may be damaged inadvertently
within 30 days of your purchase.
Replace any missing hardware free of charge even if you lost it.
Provide technical advice and help as needed.
All Hogue Products are supplied with appropriate hardware and complete
installation instructions when needed.

DELIVERY
We ship most
items from stock within two days. Normally the most popular wood
grip styles are in stock. But because of the many variations available,
many wood grips are made to order and shipped within 45 days. Special
order woods are available according to the supply of wood, and depending
on our supply, delivery of special woods may take several months.
Checkered grips, depending on our workload can, at times, take several
months. We strive to provide the exact wood grip you want in a reasonable
amount of time. If you are in a hurry we may be able to substitute
a similar style, wood or option and ship immediately from stock.
